How to get started

  1. Figure out a nickname - or a name you will use.
  2. gmail account first, for all your social networking, Keep school address for school matters.
  3. Google - set up an iGoogle page for yourself.
  4. Bookmarks - either del.icio.us or diigo.
  5. Twitter account - the fastest way to see what others are doing. Plurk account - you can pose questions and get repsonses.
  6. Find something you are interested in and start to read and write!!

 

Have a picture ready, a short resume (less than twenty words) that you will use for your profile.
